United Nations

The Maltese Islands have long since been at the centre of the refugee and migration crisis happening across Europe. In this mini-documentary we worked alongside the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees to produce, write and direct a video that tells the stories of 3 asylum-seekers of completely different backgrounds in a unified manner. The documentary was then shown at the launch of the Valletta Film Festival 2019. [We provided everything from camera operation, DoP, writing and editing – co-produced with Rec Media Room & Mark Cassar.]
